Pace planner

Plan your race

Set an expected finish time and see when you can expect to reach every aid station, what the leg costs you, and how much room you have on the cutoffs.

Target finish

—:—:—

Leg pace is flat pace over ground that is anything but — on the climbs expect it to be slower and on the descents faster than the number shown. Times of day assume the 7:00 AM start.

How it works

Real splits based on 2026 racer times

Every solo finisher in 2026 was timed through each aid station — 111 on the 60 km, 107 on the 25 km. For each station we fitted the share of total race time against finish time.

That matters because a fourteen-hour day is not a shrunken eight-hour day. Faster runners spend proportionally more of their race early; slower runners give more of it back on the second half. The planner follows the shape the field actually ran.

Use this as a guide, not a guarantee. Weather, heat and how you handle the scree will move it.

If a relay leg 1 runner misses the 1:00 PM cutoff at AS 3, leg 2 can force start at 1:00 PM with a fresh chip from HQ.
